Nomalungelo Muni Jarman

Margate,Kent

Summary

I'm a kind, attentive person who wants to learn more so that I can support and assist others, whether it's for my own knowledge improvement or my own personal growth. I have a natural ability to empathise with people because I believe I can comprehend their processes and walk alongside them through this. This helps me build trust with people because we both respect one another's work and mine. I believe that forming strong relationships depends on my ability to provide the three key elements of congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. Currently I am going volunteering at Pilgrims hospice which has embodied my abilities to enhance my knowledge of individuals and which has greatly improved my own self-awareness, which has contributed to ensure the best possible outcome for myself and clients. Working in a care setting allowed me to develop my ability to thrive in trying circumstances and make a positive difference. My listening abilities were also improved, and I was able to use them to help others feel heard. I'm a keen, trustworthy person with work history in the health care field. I've assisted with the daily needs and requirements of both young and old people. Quicker learner who thrives on others' success and is constantly looking for learning opportunities. Motivates others to reach their objectives, both individually and in a team. I'm a driven with excellent communication skills who always has to see a task through.

Compassionate and aspiring individual with highly relevant transferable skills in active listening and conflict resolution. Demonstrates strong communication abilities and empathy, crucial for building trust and rapport with clients. Ready to make meaningful impact in counselling role.
