A thorough adherence to a very strict pre MRI safety check to include a previous medical history to rule out any contraindicated devices that could be in situ. A thorough check to rule out any metallic foreign bodies which could be present in the patient accordance with the necessity for absolute safety whilst in the presence of the MRI magnetic field. Awareness of devices which are MRI compatible at 1.5Tesla and the safety precautions associated with the 3Tesla field strength. In addition, an awareness of the risk of Acoustic noise and also potential heating effects of RF energy. Furthermore, an awareness of effective contrast media administration and the need to always assess kidney function status.

Itemized above is a collation of my accomplishments and experiences in my career as a radiographer to date. I am a very ambitious young man with an excellent work ethic and professional attitude. As exemplified in my experiences above, I have gained a very wideranging experience of working in many different hospitals and encountering different systems and staff groups. To be successful in these various roles, I have had to be adaptable, have high professional standards and a good communicator. I have consequently learn to be proactive, assertive and adaptable. I have gained valuable grounding in the field of general radiography. I have further gained experience working for a leading Ministry Hospital in Kuwait, where I was able to develop myself. This experience has developed me tremendously as a professional and inculcated a deeper understanding of my profession and my role. I joined the healthcare service because I have a passion for people and a passion for patients. I believe the work of healthcare provision is an invaluable asset to society and would apply my beliefs and passion for the betterment of the patients. I will be looking after whilst being an invaluable asset to my employer.
