I am a dedicated and motivated undergraduate Psychology student graduating in July, with a strong academic interest in health and wellbeing. In September, I will begin a Master’s degree in Health Psychology at Teesside University, where I aim to further develop my understanding of behavioural health, patient engagement, and evidence-based interventions.
Alongside my academic studies, I have gained extensive experience in hospitality and retail environments. These roles have strengthened my communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced settings. Working directly with customers from diverse backgrounds has enhanced my interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in handling responsibility.
I am an organised, reliable, and empathetic individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in supporting others. I pride myself on being approachable, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to balance academic commitments alongside professional responsibilities. My long-term goal is to apply psychological principles within health settings to improve individual wellbeing and contribute positively to patient-centred care.
