Summary

About me

I have been fortunate to gain over six years of experience in working with children and young people with disabilities and challenging behaviours. I have developed a passion for this area of work as I enjoy being able to help others, watch them grow as individuals and exceed their goals.

I am a dedicated individual who is highly motivated whilst working as a team or working on my own. I am aware of how to identify individual needs and trying different ways of meeting these needs but also aware of when I may need to ask for help and implementing others plans to gain the desired outcome.

With having successfully completed my degree, this has helped me greatly with my time management and organisation skills and well as working effectively under pressure.

I am a well prepared individual dedicated to helping students learn and grow academically, physically, socially and emotionally. I am enthusiastic about assisting with activities and projects using personalised approach while also be reliable in helping teacher with class preparation and record keeping.
