Programme Overview:

A multi-year programme designed to establish a Finance Data Service that provisions data for all reporting outputs within the Finance Function, and distributes data assets to approved end users. This includes delivering the necessary technology infrastructure, architecture, performance and stability enhancements, and data and operational models to support the business case. It will also implement connectivity to enable Value Streams (VS) to align with the Group Data Strategy.

• Assisted the Programme Director in mobilising the Finance Data Service programme.
• Developed programme governance framework, implemented and maintained programme management office processes, including planning, RAID management, and reporting.
• Project manage new finance use cases by sourcing or creating data assets from strategic data refineries for finance users.
• Developed comprehensive project plans, outlining scopes, timelines, and resources, facilitating smooth execution.
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance project reporting, RAID analysis, and documentation efficiency.

A multi-year data and reporting transformation programme designed to use cloud technology to create a single standardised dataset to improve controls by eliminating interfaces and reconciliations.

• Assisting the Programme Director in delivering the programme outcomes on time and to budget across a multi-dimensional delivery model.
• Ensure adherence to internal change methodologies, conducting regular reviews to assess progress and execution risks.
• Maintain continuous audit readiness status across all sub-projects.
• Manage programme RAID, maintain programme plan, and change control process.

• Maintained PMO services to support the Finance Operations portfolio.
• Assisted the FinOps Command Centre to enhance transparency, communication, and issue escalation in the Group Reporting Close Process.
• Led the Global Finance Operations (FinOps) Stop and Simplify campaign to streamline processes.
• Assisted in the development of a comprehensive 'Run Book' workflow for manual close process activities.
• Maintained daily close process reports to provide insights on performance.
