Due to working in a shop, I experience a lot of interactions with customers, this has led me to develop very good customer service skills understanding that the customers needs are a priority and politeness and professionalism are a requirement

Spending my summers and mornings before school working as a site agent has allowed me to spend a lot of time doing DIY which means I am confident in the use of most power tools and decorating equipment
