Natasha Tshibangu

I worked as a care assistant for 6 months at Broadacres in Rawmarsh, prior to this I attended Dearn Valley college where I studied for my Level 2 in Health and Social care which I successfully completed.

During my time at Broadacres I established knowledge and practical skills in supporting people who experience an impairment through living with Dementia or other cognitive impairments which has an impact on their functional skills.

I supported people by supporting them to complete aspects of daily living while prompting independence at all times.

Within this role I worked as an team and also on my own providing care and support to all the residents.

• I enjoy shopping , going and with my family and spending time with my partner a daughter.
