Duties include: advising internal staff and students of the University of Southampton on general queries, providing excellent customer service and extensive knowledge of the building and other departments. Handling the Estates inbox, using QFM and VisitorNet software to book in visitors and book rooms for both staff and students, log cleaning and maintenance jobs efficiently.
