This job was my first job and I loved it, I would:

• Accurately and efficiently greet and escort guests to tables. Along with taking their orders for food and drinks
• Help out if under-staffed
• Help out coworkers in other fields at work when needed such as doing some house keeping, washing dishes, or going to the shop
• Work split shifts and up to 7 days a week in busy seasons so I have learned to be very flexible with my time management.
• Maintain professional and polite standards and mannerisms at all times even when dealing with difficult circumstances.
• Train new staff with my experience.
• Work at events such as busy weddings or birthdays, even with different businesses that my hotel was linked to.
