I work as bartender and waitress in the pub. With 4 years of bartending experience, I can work my way around a bar easily. A job I picked up quickly.

I have experience with making a plethora of drinks, your usual pub classics and the small menu of cocktails available. However, I took the liberty of making other cocktails not offered by the pub on quieter days. I enjoy making cocktails and fun drinks for the customers and always have ideas to share with my manager in hopes to help bring in more business.

I also have experience taking food orders and serving customers, making sure tables are set up with cutlery and doing the appropriate work needed in accordance to what customer's have ordered.

I am a trusted key holder for the pub. With my 4 years of service in the pub, I can supervise the newer staff members, show them the ropes and lock up the pub at night.

Taking deliveries off the phone and preparing them to give to deliver drivers.

Working on the till, making sure the orders are priced correctly, making sure the tills receives the right amount of money and the customers are given back the right amount of change.

Taking Food orders from the customers in shop and wrapping up the order to give to them.

Washing up the equipment needed front of house to keep up a high level of cleanliness.

Moving Bags of potatoes and other food that needing preparing, then preparing them, such as cutting potatoes and soaking them in water, restocking the fridges with the shops produce ready to be fried, and making the sauces before opening up in the late afternoon.
