For the past 3 years I have worked as a sales assistant in Pandora. Initially, alongside my A level studies, then full time. This role has enabled me to develop a range of sales techniques and the following customer service skills;

Working within a retail environment can be challenging, but this role has provided me with valuable insight into the retail industry. I look forward to expanding the skills that I have learned in future endeavours.

Over the past two years, I have volunteered at my former primary school, supporting a range of school events and educational excursions. In addition, I have assisted within the classroom, contributing to activities and providing support to class teachers to help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
