I consider myself an active person who always puts 110% into any task I may be faced with. by putting all my energy into tasks in the past it has proven to me hard work and determination gets well recognised in work environments. I have always been told I am a empathetic warm hearted boy which corresponds to my team working skills which shows I can work with anyone and bring positive energy whilst still being focused and getting on with my tasks efficiently

an interest in sports and athletics for me consists of the Gym, basketball and football. I play for my schools basketball team which has taught me many life skills such as resilience and working in a team environment which also sums up what i have learned from my club team Spartans FC (division 2) which not only have a created new friendships but family that i have made so many memorable experiences within my team environment. however although i love sports i must say the gym is by far my favourite hobby to do with fitness as not only does it improve my overall physical & mental ability it also gives me a co ordinated structure within my life such as a increased sense of motivation and discipline  while also building confidence in my every day tasks. 

a recognition in my years of school has been a role as a Sports Captain within my year group. I was recognised for this role at the start of my S5 senior year as I was considered a enthusiastic leader and a overall kind person to everyone I meet. as a sports captain my role is to participate and recruit pupils in my year group to compete in tournaments which consist of many team based sports such as swimming(relay races), basketball, football, rugby, volleyball and many more. this year my goals as the sports captain is to make sure everyone in my year has fun and is included in the events. although some people may not like to consider to compete in these games at the end of the day all they can do is try it as they may end up finding an new enjoyable hobby. this role also corresponds to my already existing transferable skills such as team work, communication and leadership which can be useful within many environments.
