After working at REM for over 30 years as Operations Manager, the company has now relocated its operations to Germany making my role redundant.
Before I joined REM in 1994 my background experience was mostly in accounting. I worked for a chartered accountant as a trainee and completed the first module of my AAT.
Previously to that I worked in the cash office forTescos and also for Transamerica finance leasing.
At REM, I managed a team of 8 people in all different departments and although it is an American owned company, I was very much left to manage and run all aspects of the business accept for sales.
