• Ensuring the delivery of Inventory accuracy across stores, logistics and supply chain.
• Coaching departmental management teams and developing a culture of Inventory awareness and improvement.
• Implementing and influencing Head office on new best practice on body-worn camera technology and stock movement tracking systems.
• Liaising with senior management on a regular basis in meetings to discuss the performance of stores with respect to operational compliance, information updates, regional performance, departmental contribution and colleague welfare.
