i have been with Army Cadet force since 2011, i was with a detachment in Hull then took the company quarter master post, then in 2016 got a company sergeant major A company for five years then moved back B company for three years, then took up the post of Regimental quarter master in 2023.
As the RQMS i now also work closely with the permanent staff which i am still learning.
