- Support the administration of medication.
- Driving company cars to transport the young people to education, contact meetings and activities.
- Ensure you are up to date with all policies and procedures.
- Attend all training, First aid, fire marshal, Restraint training, ligature training etc.
- Ensure you are familiar with, and follow, the individuals positive behaviour plan.
- Develop risk assessments and positive behaviour plans for each young person, and ensure these are updated monthly.
- Encourage young people to engage in activities and opportunities that enrich their lives and provide opportunities to grow and develop both in and outside of the home.
- To be a keyworker to a young person and complete the relevant paperwork.
- Must work collectively with your team.

• Under the direct supervision of the paramedic, you'll carry out essential emergency care, such as: controlling severe bleeding, treating wounds and fractures, looking after patients with possible spinal injuries.
• You will use a defibrillator to resuscitate patients with heart failure and will be trained to give a range of different drugs.
• ECAs have to respond to any emergency situation. Many emergencies are likely to be distressing and involve people who are badly hurt and severely traumatized.
• For example: road accidents with victims who have multiple severe injuries, someone who has had a heart attack in a busy shopping center, an elderly person who has fallen down the stairs, a case of domestic violence, a very sick baby being moved to a specialist center.
• ECAs take relevant information from carers or others at the scene who may be highly distressed or aggressive.
• As well as driving emergency vehicles, ECAs check their vehicle at the start of and during each shift, to make sure they are clean, have fuel and are stocked with the right supplies.
• Other duties include completing paperwork and using communication equipment (radios and telephones) to speak to colleagues.
• As well as working with paramedics, ECAs work with other members of the ambulance service, such as control room staff. They also work with doctors and with staff from the other emergency services, including the fire and rescue service and police.

• A calm and reassuring individual that is health and safety aware, able to follow procedures, and work as part of a team while being responsible for their own work.
• Healthcare assistants in theatre are the glue keeping the surgical team together. They make sure each member of staff is able to do their job effectively.
• We have to talk to patients of all ages and keep them calm and comfortable if they are feeling anxious before surgery and sometimes throughout.
• Key responsibilities include: Moving patients on trolleys, Reassuring patients and keeping them calm, Reassuring family members, Prepare patients for anesthetic, Set out instruments and equipment ready for surgery, Assisting nurses, Filling out care plans and required paperwork, Make sure theatre has stock of items needed, Clean and tidy theatres before and after surgeries, Dispose of waste.

• An excellent communicator with natural people skills, you'll combine an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work with a hard-working and fun attitude to give customers the best possible experience and staff members a smooth running shift.
• Bar supervisors are charged with keeping customers and staff safe, communicating with security and management teams throughout the shift.
• Key responsibilities include: Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere, Use a till to take orders and payments, Handle, sort and store cash appropriately in the till, Counting up the money at the end of the shift, recording findings and highlighting any discrepancies, Serve drinks at the bar or to be served to tables by the waitresses, keep the bar well stocked, Keep the bar clean throughout the night and close it down at the end of the shift, Give advice on drinks to suit customers tastes, First port-of-call for customer complaints, forwarding to management if necessary, Asking customers for ID, applying 'Think 25' rules, Safeguarding staff and customers by refusing service to those too heavily intoxicated.
