I have been within a customer service setting for three years so have become acquaint with the many challenged faced almost daily. A key role for me is stock rotation and counting so as weekly orders can be accurate in numbers and no out of date products are sold. I also manage wastage and food share which are all done through apps on our PDAs which are the companies hand held computer systems. Strong communication with a keen ability to engage with customers to maintain complete satisfaction. Challenges involved are the high expectations for professionalism at all times, customer confusion with the stock held along with its location and data storage systems that can be complicated to run or crash out. However, I find it a very beneficial job as my skill base has evolved greatly due to the need for problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills but, the main benefit is the knowledge that I have used those skills effectively enough to improve a customers experience.

During my time in lower school a partook in the D of E bronze award and was recognized for my effort within volunteering to coach a boys football team for half a season and my map reading and practicality skills during the expedition completed.
I have had my driving license since June of 2023 and have had no claims or accidents since then.
