Summary

Compassionate Support Worker with experience supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge. Skilled in person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes while building trusted relationships with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams.

My commitment to health and social care began long before I entered professional care. Caring for a family member for four years and later supporting my sister during the final months of her life taught me the importance of compassion, patience, dignity and emotional support in caring roles. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career supporting vulnerable people each day in support worker roles.

I have continued to build on that foundation through hands-on UK care experience, voluntary work supporting older adults experiencing loneliness, and continuous professional development. I am committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while building a long-term career within the UK health and social care sector.
