Summary

I am looking for a new challenge where I can use my IT skills, customer service experience and communication abilities in an environment where I can hopefully make a positive contribution. I have had both behind the scenes roles where the customer was internal but also more recently, face to face front line customer interaction. I have dealt with customer enquiries, wishes/demands and of course, conflict and dissatisfaction. I have dealt with it all professionally and with courtesy and always to my best ability.

Through the week, I work on Reception - I answer calls, take bookings and payments, sell produce in the onsite shop, update the till system with new stock, greet customers on arrival and check them in, answer face to face, telephone and email queries and update our social media/website. I am also involved in the selling of seasonal pitches and static holiday caravans. I organise contracts for new customers and create their utilities cards and barrier access. Occasionally, when the cleaning staff are extremely busy, I will assist them with their duties too to ensure an excellent customer experience when they arrive.

On a Saturday evening, I work in the onsite Clubhouse. I occasionally assist with serving drinks and food but my main duties are to organise and call the Bingo and encourage customers to get involved with the Karaoke of which I operate the system. I help to book acts for the season and I organise the children's parties we offer on Bank Holiday's.

I started with Northern Rock as a Graduate Trainee working in Personnel. I worked on maintaining and advancing their HR systems for 4 years. I then transferred to NR Direct as an Analyst and then later a Senior Analyst in Resource Planning based in their largest call centre at the time. My main duties were assigning agents to telephone lines (both outbound and inbound), various project work and producing bi-hourly detailed reports and performance statistics for the Executive Team.
