
I have a busy and active life, working hard at my studies while maintaining my job at Oxygen. I am also an active member of a ladies rugby team, taking part in training sessions and league matches on a regular basis. I have effective communication and problem solving skills, a keen eye for detail and have experience in conflict resolution. I am committed to delivering a high standard in all tasks. I have a flexible approach and can adapt to changing needs.
My role is to ensure customers get full enjoyment from the activities while ensuring their health and safety. I manage the supervision of all participants to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all. I run sessions for children with Special Educational Needs to ensure inclusion and I also undertake a range of other duties across the site when required.
I continually uphold high standards of workmanship within set deadlines, implementing the correct use of personal protective equipment when required. I work as part of a team on a range of tasks, including brickwork and tarmacing for landscaping, and various maintenance tasks on vehicles.
I hold a current full UK driving licence and Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate I am an excellent team player with good communication skills but also able to problem solve and work on my own initiative In my role at Oxygen communication is vitally important Much of this is done through radio communication where I am able to filter information effectively and professionally I will ask for help and support when needed in order to achieve the highest standards I welcome constructive criticism to reflect on and use to improve my practices I am computer literate and regularly use email, Word, PowerPoint and Teams I take a methodical approach to tasks and work hard to meet deadlines
