I’m currently a Trainee Resident Doctor in the UK with broad clinical experience across geriatrics, paediatrics, general surgery, psychiatry, and respiratory medicine. Through these rotations, I’ve developed strong skills in patient assessment, managing acutely unwell patients, and working within multidisciplinary teams. I’m confident in handling day-to-day ward responsibilities, escalating care when needed, and communicating effectively with both patients and families. I’ve also taken on teaching roles, supported junior colleagues, worked on quality improvement projects and contributed to safe discharge planning.

I’m now looking to build on this foundation and continue developing as a clinician in a supportive, team-focused environment - ideally one that offers opportunities to grow professionally while delivering high-quality care.

  Assessed compliance with national and local targets for discharge summary completion. Recommended improved MDT communication and protected time for junior doctors. A re-audit showed significant improvement following implementation.
• Mastectomies and Breast Reconstruction – Cebu City Tertiary Hospital (Apr 2020)
  Retrospective study on mastectomy and breast reconstruction rates (2014–2017). Identified low uptake of reconstruction due to limited counselling and proposed integration of routine pre-surgical education.
• Re-Audit: Compliance with NICE Guidelines for Bronchiolitis Management (Ongoing)
  Evaluating adherence to bronchiolitis care guidelines and use of hospital pro forma. Aims to identify gaps in standardised management and propose improvements in documentation and clinical practice.
