I am a farmers daughter and have been working from a young age on the farm, both on machinery and also the on the large number of sheep and cattle. I have been given responsibilities throughout the farming calendar, most recently lambing the ewes and ensuring the well-being of the sheep and lambs. I am good at thinking on my feet, can overcome challenges but will also ask for help when I know it is required. I have worked in many teams and now happy to lead from the front. I have a good work ethic having also been bought up on a diary farm with early starts and late finishes. The variety of the farm work means that I am good at adapting and have a very good sense of humour, especially when things start to go a little wrong.
