  • Having volunteered with Beavers (age 6-8yrs old) for over a year, I have developed good communication skills I worked with around 30 children both in small groups and also the full pack on activities and games I had to develop a way to communicate effectively in a noisy environment, maintaining control but also ensuring it was fun

  • International Scout Camp - I attended an international scout camp to Switzerland in summer 2023 I was responsible for planning a 6hr hike into the alps which required accurate time keeping and scheduling
  • Marketing - I am currently undertaking the Young Enterprise This involves creating a business and product which our team have sold to the general public We won 2 awards for "Best product " and "Best overall business" at the Gyle fair against approximately 20 other teams from across Lothian We are now competing for a place in the next round against teams from all over Scotland We have recently attended interviews with the panel and have a presentation to make to the programme directors
