This was a sixth month contract through the governments kick-start scheme.

My main tasks were data entry, mostly sorting returned mail, logging it onto their system and securely disposing of all confidential paperwork.

• Loaded and unloaded materials into machines, applying safe loading techniques to avoid damage.
• Utilised proper protective headgear, safety glasses and clothing during construction.
• Manually sorted and loaded goods.
• Followed instructions with strict attention to detail to perform assigned tasks under minimal supervision.

• Directed guests to correct seating locations and answered questions about facility amenities.
• Maintained visitor and personnel compliance with rules and safety procedures.
• Prepared premises and supplies for arriving guests.
• Dealing with the admission of up to and sometimes exceeding 100 customers. Getting them the correct equipment and rundown of how their days would run.
• Cleaned up spaces after events, collecting rubbish, storing furniture and sanitising surfaces.
• Making sure that games were run safely and that customers concerns were answered and adhered to.
• Making sure that any injured customers were taken care of and safely escorted to 'safe-zone'
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment both prior, during and after game days.
