  • Working with a large Kitchen Designer/manufacturer as member of design team. Working out of one of top 5 performing showrooms in company. During my time here have consistently exceeded sales targets which have resulted in being in top 30% of designers in my team. This would equate to top 25% within company. Achieving this by exceeding targets for my KPIs, such as; Sales per hour, number of sales and total sales (£s). Additionally I have maintained a very strong aftersales approach which has resulted in me having a refund % that is 4 times lower than company expectation and 5 times lower than the average. The role also requires an ability to generate business with outbound calls. Through doing this I am able to generate in store or in home appointments for myself and colleagues and have frequently been tasked with generating business for showroom due to my sales background.
  • Achievements: Currently hold the highest sales (£s) in a day for my showroom. I have been the highest performer for 3 separate sales promotions YTD 25/26. Was put forward for management training as soon as company policy would allow.
