Seat One: PEER (Planning, Environment, Energy Regulatory)


Involved in a mineral waste issue involving Natural Resources Wales. Liaised with the compliance officer to negotiate a waste offence issue.

Dealt with a contentious boundary disputes and an access agreement between a landowner and utility company through the HMLR First Tier Tribunal.


Seat Two: Restructuring & Insolvency


Was involved in several High Court Insolvency Division debt claims against former directors on the behalf of the liquidated company.

Assisted on several high net-worth personal bankruptcy matters acting on behalf of the trustee in bankruptcy.


Seat Three: Real Estate


Involved in a sale of a disused mineral refinery worth several million pounds with multiple associated leases. Assisted in the creation and development of the due diligence folders, dealing with lender requirements and drafting contracts of sale, leases, sub leases and licences.


Seat Four: Dispute Resolution


Experience in boundary disputes, dilapidation claims, Section 21 LTA 1954 proceedings and possession orders.

Worked on a High Court KBD injunction involving the misappropriation of sensitive documents.

Involved in a claimant class action concerning professional negligence.

Negotiated several wayleave agreements between landowners, tenants and utility companies.
