Reporting directly to the Directors my responsibilities were as follows:

• Dealing directly with Police Forces and other Government Agencies. Handling sensitive information
• Dealing directly with Recovery clubs and Insurance Companies
• Arranging recoveries and deliveries of motor vehicles, LCV and motor caravans depending on circumstances and recourses.
• Implementing policies and procedure's on behalf of the Police
• Invoicing Police, Government Agencies, Recovery Clubs, Insurance Companies and the public.
• Handling cash, credit and BACCS payments.
• Dealing with bereaved families and the general public
• Handling telephone enquiries emails, spreadsheets and Computer systems.
• Producing estimates for authorisation
• Handling the control room 4 days a week from 7am - 6 pm

• Documented customer and vehicle data in company software system.
• Handled and disposed of hazardous chemicals in alignment with safety regulations.
• Executed service, maintenance and repair tasks in to meet high-volume demands.
• Repaired and replaced worn and faulty parts to restore vehicle functionality.
• Explained repair needs to customers, using simplified language for complex issues.
• Carried out full technical and diagnostic tests to assess vehicle issues and provide best-possible resolutions.

• Liaising with Fleet Managers and garages.
• Raising quotations and gaining authorisations via email, telephone and 1 link.
• Handling over 50 emails and telephone per day
• Breakdown enquiries - Liaising with drivers and breakdown companies
• Scheduling routine maintenance and inspections
• Creating new jobs on the system
• Completing final invoices and documentation
