This involved problem solving getting large loads into areas limited by width , height and weight restrictions. I plans and prioritises strategically for adaptive response in pressured conditions dealing with Transport . I work closely with For London abnormal loads department , Area 5 National Highways , Heavy Transport association, Construction Plant Hire association , Cascade ands the North Eastern Police Abnormal Load Group building a professional working relationship. Working closely with the North Eastern Abnormal Load group i updated the national police policy for the movement of Abnormal Loads for the National Chiefs' Council for 2025.
