• Providing policy advice on new digital money (e.g., central bank digital currency) and standards.

• Managing member committees, liaise with chairs and policy leads, and develop agendas for UK Finance Payments and Innovation members.

• Advising on external stakeholder mapping exercises – mapping priorities for engagement with national and international stakeholders, conducting analyses and mapping advocacy partnerships
• Composing speeches and preparing briefings for senior leadership on financial policy and payment-related issues, for example the New Payment Architecture, Open Banking and Cryptoassets
• Monitoring various news and media outlets, and drafting press releases – I regularly ghost wrote high-profile articles and editorial pieces
• Representing the PSR at the FCA’s InsideOut Steering Committee – I led on events focusing on the intersectionality of LGBT+ and religious identity and the PSR’s participation of London Pride 2022

• Mapping key industries and third sector stakeholders as part of the external engagement strategy
• Leading on webinars with consumer protection groups and SMEs attracting more than 500 participants per session
• Researching and composing speeches and preparing briefings for senior leadership regarding gambling-related issues
• Handling media outreach from journalists and media outlets

• Managing events and high-profile international visits of prime ministers, foreign secretaries, and ambassadors, including the Foreign Minister of the United Kingdom and the Chancellor of Austria
• Developing close contact with international organisations and stakeholders on antisemitism and hate crime issues
• Building relations with ambassadors from Arab and Muslim countries as part of our engagement with Muslim countries

• Managing events in the European Parliament with Members of the European Parliament and EU Commissioners on issues of harmful content regulation in the EU
• Drafting amendments and resolutions in collaboration with Members of the European Parliament and their staff on the institute’s priorities
