I worked at McDonalds for almost a year, I started of as a crew member however I later transitioned to Maintance. This was because they were in dire need of Maintance people so i stepped up for the job. I learned many skills such as:

• Operated cash registers accurately, ensuring proper handling of transactions.
• Resolved customer complaints quickly, restoring trust in our service quality.
• Flexibly took on various roles to support workflow.
• Achieved excellent customer service by greeting customers and meeting quality expectations.
• Managed inventory levels for efficient operations during peak hours.

I worked at Dril-Quip as an intern. Which was step up by Creer Ready which helps young students get prepared for the real world. I was an assistant. I learned many skills such as:

• Processed invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Answered phone calls promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Assisted in budget planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Facilitated smooth running of operations through efficient task management.
• Coordinated team meetings to enhance communication and productivity.

Of course this was with the help and guidance of my mentor.
