- My duties as a volunteer were tagging and hanging clothes, separating the donation bags based on the chart the company follows, steamed the clothes, put them downstairs, do a stock-count at the end of everyday, make sure the shop floor is tidy free of any hazards or anything that might upset the customers
- I was trained on the till where I had a daily goal to sign up regular donors into the gift aid scheme and sell raffle tickets during the seasonal times
- Volunteering has helped me a lot, from making me gain new skills and knowledge to being compassionate to the community where I live without asking for anything in return
