Summary

I am dedicated to ensuring every learner has the opportunity to reach their full potential by providing tailored support that promotes independence, confidence, and success in learning. With over 10 years' experience supporting children and young people across a range of educational settings, I have developed expertise in working with pupils of varying abilities, including those with Special Needs Education (SEN), and English as an Additional Language (EAL). I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment, working collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each learner's academic, social, and emotional development.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to enhancing the educational experience of every learner by building positive, trusting relationships both within and beyond the classroom. I have developed strong collaborative partnerships with teachers, support staff, families, and external professionals, becoming a valued member of the school community. I consistently contribute to creating inclusive learning environments, sharing ideas and best practice to support pupil wellbeing, engagement, and achievement while helping to improve outcomes for all learners.

Throughout my career, I have taken an active role in supporting whole-school initiatives, contributing to both curricular and extracurricular activities that promote pupil engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion. I have delivered targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions to support learners with additional support needs, helping them to achieve their individual learning and personal development goals. I have also supported educational visits, sports activities, community programmes, and multi-agency partnerships, working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals to provide holistic, meaningful experiences that enable every child and young person to thrive.
