I am currently still working part time at sports direct .During the two years at sports direct I have gained
many different skills in a variation of ways .Some jobs and tasks I have learned to do since being there
is serving on the tills including having management which means dealing with customers returns and
issues .i have also dealt with click and collect parcels ,helping customers with issues with their orders
and locating them .i have also had a lot of experience in tidying a shop floor from serving on footwear
and getting shoes out of the stock room to tidying footwear and organising it along with doing a detailed
close down of the clothing department. I was also trained in cashing up the tills which I have done for a
few months now which includes counting cash, writing out bank slips, checking and counting safe ,adding
money to tills ,and writing out the bank bag to secure the money .This has built my confidence in
independent tasks and helped me improve my knowledge of how to deal and handle money professionally
and independently have also gained more cleaning experience following on from house of zen with
mopping the floors at sports direct and sweeping the shop on close down shifts before we close ready
for the next day .all of these skills and really helped me develop in working in retail in all different areas
making me extremely adaptable and flexible to all jobs that I may be required to do .

During this job I was a waitress serving food and drinks to customers along with taking orders of food and
drinks and processing it through the tills . I would also take payments from people of both card and cash
and answer any questions that they had to ask about our menu and support them in any additional help
they needed . I would also clean tables once people were done in order to reset them for the next guest to
use and mop the floors ,hoover and clean all the toilets including mirrors sinks floors and toilets them self.
