- Experienced First Line Manager within a high-volume DHL Supply Chain warehouse on the Marks & Spencer contract, leading and motivating teams to consistently achieve productivity, quality, and service level targets.

- Broad operational knowledge across Picking, Inbound, and Despatch, enabling effective decision-making, problem resolution, and operational cover.

- Committed to maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance, and operational discipline while promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.

- Additional experience in training and development as a Certified Supply Chain Specialist Lead Facilitator, delivering structured training and embedding DHL culture and values into new colleagues.

- Lead and deliver full-day Certified Supply Chain Specialist training programmes for newly onboarded DHL colleagues.
- Facilitate engaging classroom-based sessions covering DHL culture, supply chain fundamentals, business performance, key statistics, and operational best practices.
- Design and deliver interactive learning activities, including team-building exercises, group challenges, and games to encourage collaboration and engagement whilst managing session flow, timekeeping, and learner experience from start to certification.

- To support the duty Shift Managers in delivering and/or administering admin duties for the warehouse operation(s) with the main focus on admin duties, identifying and communicating any operational deviations to the management team.
- Ensuring inbound and outbound efficient according to the KPIs on a daily basis.
- Assist with RTW's & departments run to schedule and in accordance with Health & Safety whilst working with the ‘JDA’ Management System to follow through with various warehouse processes.
