As a telephone befriender at Silver Line UK, I regularly provided companionship and emotional support to older adults, helping them combat loneliness and isolation.

I participated in scheduled telephone conversations with several matched elderly individuals, building meaningful relationships through consistent contact while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
