I have been working in the health care profession now for the past 15 years. I have vast knowledge within the care at home sector along with experience in risk management and rehabilitation care. I am confident and competent in healthcare and the software used within the care system I am adapt at multitasking and managing my time independently. I am adaptable and efficient in both giving and setting up patient care. I demonstrate regularly a strict adherence to patient confidentiality. I joined the NHS in 2012 to work for the Supported Hospital Discharge Service. Which later merged in 2016 to become the Hospital Assessment Reablement team within my role as a reablement support worker was to provide clients with both long and and short term health issues with support.
