After only being at Eden estates since January I have an average of 4-6 sales every month with an average fee of 4,000 pounds. Whilst I have also generated and booked over 10 Valuations every month  bringing new business into the company. 

For the past month or two I have been doing Valuations and i am till in the training process of this, However I have been on 12 valuations with 5 instructions, this as a conversion percentage at 41%.

I have a keen interest in business and often research business ideas. The ideas that I have researched are: Trading crypto, E commerce, Website development and social media management. I’m a keen sportsman, playing and coaching within football. I have a huge passion for sports and managing and combined the opportunities together and coached an under 13s team taking them to under 16s, the only reason why I stopped was because i moved away to pursue my Career as an estate agent.
