A&E Move Maker - NBT Southmead Hospital

  • Permanent volunteer within Southmead Hospital's Emergency department; Working within a network of healthcare workers to facilitate patient care and smooth running of the department/wider hospital.
  • Assisted patient navigation throughout the hospital and provided support to patients and their visitors.
  • Completed wheelchair training course in order to provide additional assistance to patients.
  • Helped completion of SHINE charts, prioritising patient confidentiality.
