With three seasons worth of day charter experience and five years of hospitality experience, I am a reliable and hardworking individual seeking a position as a stewardess. For the past five summers I have worked as a seasonal supervisor at a seafront hotel on the Isle of Wight, working under two Michelin Star chef Claude Bosi. Working between 14-16 hours a day five days a week, I managed and hosted large corporate events, communicated with suppliers, serviced and cleaned hotel rooms, and I was regularly selected to serve charter guests aboard our company 32ft Saxdor 320 GTO, sponsored by Bollinger. While studying for my degree at University, I have worked as a floor supervisor in a fine dining, Michelin Guide, restaurant in St Andrews for four years. I learnt how to manage a Front of House team to deliver impeccable service in a fast-paced and high pressure environment. Alongside studying for my degree in English Literature, I volunteered to work with young children at Gordonstoun’s International Summer school to improve their English and have gained valuable communication and pastoral skills from this. I have been lucky enough to work with some of the best chefs, sommeliers, and restauranteurs in the UK and would love the opportunity to further my hospitality experience through working as a stewardess.
