LILYMAE TOOTLE

I am a hardworking student who has gained experience in a retail based environment. I am eager to gain a permanent role in a workplace. I completed many years doing a sports leader programme, this allowed me to adapt my skills further and gain many new skills. I gained leadership, communication, confidence, resilience skills which i now use in my every day basis. As i working in retail throughout such a busy period, these skills allowed me to communicate quickly and effectively with customers, resolve any issues that arose, as well as adapt myself easily and quickly to ensure tasks were completed to the best of their ability, all whilst worked as a team together. These are just a small amount of skills i have developed and used over my time being a retail assistant, i am now eager to bring these skills into a new workplace along with developing many more.

I have gained many accomplishments, but my greatest one was representing Great Britian in Austria in a word gymnastics competiton. This was an experience i would never forget but also allowed me to develop multiple skills. The greatest skill i developed was confidence, i was performing infront of over 10,000 people so as i overcome the fear with confidence i performed better than ever. I also gained teamwork from this as we had to work as a team to manage to give the best performance possible.
