- At McDonald's I complete a range of tasks through out my shifts which include welcoming customers when entering the restaurant. I also interact with them when they are dining too.
- Another part of my role I do is work efficiently in a fast paced and high pressured restaurant environment during busy periods.
- I maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across dining areas. This also includes customer toilets.
- I also personally trained and assisted a new team member with procedures and customer service standard when i was new to the job too.
- I'm always making sure i follow health and safety and company policies at all times.
- At times I also serve customers there meals making sure all there needs are fulfilled. This includes making sure the customer has all condiments needed and anything else they wish to have. I also make sure there food is up to there standard.
