As part of my hair and beauty GCSE, I have undertaken a number of customer service exercises and understood some diverse ways to help people in situations. Working in the hospitality sector for just a short period of time i have seen various customer types and dealt with many situations where I had to use my skills to help the customers., I volunteer as a young leader at a beaver colony where I work with other young people and adults to provide enjoyable activities and a safe environment for the beaver. This means that I have to talk to a wide range of people.
