Having worked at Blenheim Palace for over eighteen months, i was able to work in all areas across site, requiring to do different jobs within the hospitality sector, this includes things like: bar work, barista role and pizza making, allowing me to continue improving my experience within this field, it was an insightful experience working with this organisation within such a prestigious setting.

During my Time at Blenheim Palace i was able to work a wide range of events that the organisation offers, allowing me to gain confidence in providing excellent customer service to a wide range of clientele.

Having a vast experince within hospitality prior to gaining this job i was able to indulge myself with a new clientele base and approach to working that they had to offer. Within this role i was able to expand upon my previous hospitality experince, furthering my knowledge within the industry.

During my fifteen months within this role i have acquired the knowledge and understanding of hospitality and gained confidence conversing with customers and fellow staff, enabling me to provide a positive, professional working environment.

I pride myself with how i have developed skills in this position and feel confident in going forward in similar employment of this nature. on the majority of occasions throughout my time working here i have been assigned to bar manager when undertaking my shift and also taken part in coctail and barista training
