Completed a 2-day expedition, which taught me the importance of preparation, teamwork, and navigating unfamiliar environments
Volunteered 100 hours at my local football club helping with the U9's team, where I developed communication and leadership skills
Improved my physical fitness and personal commitment through regular activity
Leadership: I was in charge of a team during the expedition and helped motivate the team and help those who were struggling
Teamwork: We worked well as a team to complete the expedition I also worked as a team in my volunteering roles
Problem-solving: We had to overcome challenges and as a team we managed to overcome them
Time Management: Balancing volunteering, skills development, physical activity, and expedition prep shows I have strong time management
