Summary

I am a highly motivated person with a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and leadership. I am exceptionally calm under pressure and I excel in team building and quality assurance. I'm proficient in inventory management and mechanical troubleshooting, with a resourceful approach to challenges. I have multilingual capabilities in both Afrikaans and English which can enhance communication across teams with Dutch speakers. Committed to leveraging skills for continued professional growth and success. I like to take on challenging new roles harnessing interpersonal skills, collaboration and problem-solving. Driven to deliver high-quality service and consistent results in the work that I do. Even though I have not been in an engineering workspace for that long I still thrive in high stress environments and I am willing to learn new skills. I am also a fast learner in the field that I love which is general aviation. I show resilience in overcoming stressful situations which shows that I can adapt and I can also adapt to different safety regulations, similar to what I had to do during my time working at Mission Out. I tend to have a practical approach when it comes to problem solving and I like to think outside the box and use techniques that may lead to increased production that is still at the required quality level without taking risky shortcuts. I have a strong work ethic and is highly commitment to learning new skills. I like to take responsibility for my own work as I am a proud person by nature. I have been enthusiastic about aviation from a young age and took up model aircraft flying at the age of 10. This has shown me how to persevere through mechanical and technical failures through troubleshooting problems when they arise. Throughout my young working life and hobbies I have shown that I can carry out orders that has been given to me by superiors and learn from their advice and knowledge.
