As an employee of MAD Crew I work as part of a team at varied events from small scale to large scale gigs, conferences, festivals, and a range of other events.

• Collaborate with other crew members to install and maintain various aspects of live production such as audio, video, lighting, and stage elements.
• Load in and load out equipment, assemble and disassemble stage barriers.
• Support lighting and audio crew with various tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Client to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist with the unloading and loading of flight cases and other production elements onto Trucks/Vans.

Working under the general guidance of the Bar Manager, assisting in the smooth running

of our bar area to deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Providing a

visible presence to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to

promptly and effectively.

• Perform opening and closing duties, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking stock.
• Barista and cocktail trained.
• Serving customers from behind the bar, offering advice on drinks. Responsible for keeping the bar clean and tidy, collecting empty plates & glasses.
• Provide a professional friendly and courteous service to all customers and dealing with any complaints if they arise.

In this role I work alongside another chef in which we work together in a fast paced bar/

restaurant environment to ensure that service runs smoothly throughout the day. On

occasion I have had to run a full service on my own due to absence, this has trained me to

remain calm under mounting pressure.

The main duties involved in this role:

• Operation of chargrill, fryers and hobs.
• Complying with and following correct allergen procedures.
• Monitored line processes to maintain consistency in quality, quantity, and presentation.
• Keeping an accurate kitchen diary.
• Keeping to health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicating with floor staff to ensure customers are satisfied.
• Dealing with any complaints or issues that may arise from customers.
• Cleaning the kitchen throughout the day and at the end of shift, surfaces, fryers, floor

etc.

Domino's Pizza (February 2021 - September 2021 )

In this role I am responsible for working as part of a big team and striving to produce high

quality pizza's while working quickly and effectively.

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to

customer inquiries and complaints.

• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Clean food preparation areas, surfaces, and utensils.
• Prepare specialty pizza, following a specific method that ensures any allergies are being addressed and dealt with appropriately.
• Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers.
• Stay on top of orders while working on several orders simultaneously.
