I started Tickled Pink Productions in 2002 and built it to be the biggest national touring theatre company for care homes and community venues in the country. I have written, produced, directed and choreographed 35 shows touring to care homes, community venues and primary schools across UK and the company has performed in over 3500 venues with over half for people with additional learning needs, autism, neuro diversity and dementia.
I set up all systems used for the business & managed all logistics of each tour - 5 shows a year with 2 - 8 teams per show and managed and recruited all performers & office staff ensuring all standards are set and met.
I spent over a decade performing in the shows.
Established theatre school for children aged 2–18, providing expert instruction in singing, dancing, and acting. Wrote the full curriculum, organised shows, community events, and administered all aspects of the business and financial operations. Liaised pupil progress with parents.
