Responsible for the running and development of the Cyber practice globally with mentoring, business development & marketing responsibilities:

• Supporting marketing strategy and advertising initiatives that built brand awareness and reputation on cyber.
• Building clear framework (training, SLA and templates) for our FNOL and Adjusting team, mentoring and reviewing execution of support to clients to deliver high-quality results.
• Responsible for building up programs with Insurers and MGAs according to their needs.
• Building and maintaining vendors support framework and contracts.
• Supporting our team with regular training & regularly participating in thought leadership for the market
• Adjusting own case load of multi jurisdiction complex and major losses including data breaches, ransomware, DDOS and Tech PI losses.

Currently sharing the leadership of our Specialty Lines. The Specialty Lines practice offers a unique proposition to the market bringing together Financial Institutions and Commercial Crime, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Cyber, Trade Credit & Political Risks, Specie & Fine Art and Contingency & Entertainment specialisms

Was promoted from Specialist Adjuster in 2017 to Associate Director in 2018 and then Director in January 2019. Supported our Global Head of Cyber in day to day operations including

• Forging relationship with clients, building FNOL programs and coordinating support internally.
• Enhancing department training and providing external thought leadership.
• Adjusting multi jurisdiction complex and major losses including data breaches, ransomware, DDOS and Tech PI losses & mentoring

Working closely with Directors on various lines of business including Professional Indemnity including medical malpractice, Liability including EL/PL, Loss of Licence and Cyber.

Working on UK/Europe - cross border personal injury litigation: RTA, sports and package holidays as well as medical malpractice & cosmetic surgery negligence claims

Working on personal injury litigation, mainly UK fast track

Started in Fast track claims for Legal Expenses and Motor Insurers and moved into accidents in holiday for Travel Insurers. I was promoted from Claims Technician to Legal Claims advisors heading a team of 9 claims handlers.
