  • Programme leadership and delivery, taking ownership for an ‘in-flight’ programme which had been running for 3 years without success, where implementations were causing business issues & operational challenges
  • Parachuted into role on an interim basis to rescue the implementation of Salesforce, Workday and Kantata SX PSA (Formerly Kimble Applications), whilst established an effective transformation and change function
  • Engaged with stakeholders across the business, re-baselining the programme & securing senior-level buy-in
  • End-to-end programme delivery throughout the lifecycle, including planning, TOM, scope, budgets, governance
  • Led an immediate audit of the programme assessed where the current implementation could be optimised
  • Set-up a programme to integrate systems & processes including Salesforce, Workday & Jaguar Contracts, following acquisition of Iron Mountains North American Software Resilience division, realising £5m savings
