My role at Kajima Community is to ensure that third-party lettings run smoothly by offering high levels of customer service, and maintaining the school's reputation.

My responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting hirers
• Ensuring lead hirers sign in and out for health and safety reasons.
• Event/sporting set-ups.
• Marshalling the car park.
• Cleaning and event breakdown.

• Adapted to new situations and learned new skills quickly.
• Effectively communicated with surrounding delegates to foster collaboration and achieve our common goals.
• Participated in seminars to enhance skills and promote growth.

• I spent a week shadowing an insurance broker to learn about the insurance industry.
• Learnt how to effectively communicate with surrounding colleagues.
• Met with various clientele to witness how a deal is negotiated.
• Met with an insurance underwriter to understand both sides of an insurance agreement

• I spent time within the Marsh Space and Aviation speciality to establish a new understanding of an insurance sector I had previously shown interest.
• Shadowed senior team members to develop practical knowledge and gain critical industry-specific skills.

• Worked with various insurance scenarios to draft insurance policies and ensure that both the insurer and underwriter benefited.
